CDA Mr. Mohamad Shahir attended the Baghdad International Energy Forum on 6 Sept 2025. PETRONAS was also present as a panelist, represented by its Iraq Country Chairman Mr. Bohari M. Ali. The Forum that was officiated by Prime Minister Sudani focused on Iraq’s energy transformation: reviewing oil export quotas, digitalisation in energy management, expanding refining capacity, investing in high-value products, ending gas flaring & promoting clean & renewable energy.
