The CDA a.i. of Malaysia, Mr. Mohamad Shahir met with the Ambassador of the Philippines, H.E. Charlie Manangan and the CDA of Indonesia, Mr. Abraham Frank to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral relations and deepening collaboration within the ASEAN framework.
The envoys also exchanged views on regional developments and underscored the importance of maintaining ASEAN unity and centrality, particularly in the context of Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship.
They also discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between their respective embassies in Iraq, recognizing the value of coordinated efforts in promoting ASEAN interests and bilateral partnerships in the region.
