Embassy officials recently met with the owners of Noor Holding at their residence in Baghdad to explore potential opportunities for business cooperation between Malaysia and Iraq. The engagement focused on understanding the company’s business interests and identifying opportunities for collaboration with Malaysian companies.
Noor Holding shared their interest in sourcing products and services from Malaysia, particularly in areas such as township development, industrial projects and petroleum-related sectors. They also expressed the importance of strengthening business linkages and enhancing awareness of Malaysia’s capabilities in the Iraqi market.
The Embassy welcomed the interest shown and reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating business-to-business engagement by connecting interested Iraqi companies with relevant Malaysian agencies and stakeholders to support mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
