On 24 April 2024, a meeting was held at the Malaysian Embassy in Baghdad with representatives from Helping the Needy Charitable Association (HTNCA), a local Iraqi NGO overseeing the establishment of a Primary Health Center in Ameriyat Al-Fallujah, Iraq. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Muhammad Azeem Jansari, First Secretary of the Embassy.
