On 15 April 2025, H.E. Ruzaimi Mohamad paid a courtesy call on Amb. Eliphas Mugendi Barine, Director General for Political and Diplomatic Affairs. During the courtesy call, both sides exchanged views and expressed commitment to strengthening Malaysia-Kenya bilateral relations, including through exchanges of high-level visits and joint program in commemorating 60th year anniversary of Malaysia-Kenya diplomatic ties.
