High Commissioner Datuk Loh Seck Tiong received courtesy call by delegation from the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM) led by KPWKM Deputy Secretary General Dr. Hishamuddin Mohd Hashim, 11 Nov 2019, Nairobi. Also present Dato’ Dr. Narwin Awin, Chairman LPPKN & Mr. Hairil Fadzly Md Akir, Deputy DG (Policy) LPPKN. The delegates were in Nairobi to attend the 25th anniversary of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD25), 12-14 Nov 2019.
