FLAG-RAISING CEREMONY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 63RD ANNIVERSARY DAY OF MALAYSIA INDEPENDENCE, 31 AUGUST 2020
The High Commissioner of Malaysia in Nairobi, Datuk Loh Seck Tiong organized a flag raising ceremony in conjunction with the 63rd Anniversary of Malaysia Independence Day. The event was held at the Malaysian High Commission among the small Malaysian community in Nairobi.
This year National Day theme, ‘Malaysia Prihatin’ or ‘Malaysia Cares’, was chosen in recognition of the ongoing efforts by the Government of Malaysia and all Malaysians in the fight against the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
