The High Commissioner of Malaysia H.E. Ambassador Loh Seck Tiong turned over the chairmanship of the ASEAN Nairobi Committee (ANC) to H.E Ambassador Uriel Norman R. Garibay, Ambassador of Philippines during the 1st 2019 ANC Meeting on 24th January 2019 at Rumah Malaysia.
During the meeting, the ANC firmed up its line-up of activities for this year.
