High Commissioner Loh Seck Tiong met with President of Desa 7 Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd (DS7), Mr. Safrudin Mahfoz at the High Commission of Malaysia on 16 January. The purpose of the visit is to discuss marketing of oil related products in Kenya and East Africa.
