On 3 September 2024, H.E. Ruzaimi Mohamad, the High Commissioner of Malaysia to Kenya and Mrs Nurul Akmar Ali, the Third Secretary of the High Commission attended the Kenya Food Event held in Sarit Centre, in the city of Nairobi. The three-day event was participated by FAMA Malaysia, and three Malaysian companies to promote their products. Among their products are pre-mixed hot drinks, coconut-based cookies, a few types of sauce, canned food, etc. Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA) is a Malaysian government agency that promotes Malaysian agricultural products, encourages direct marketing, and facilitates international trade.
