The High Commission has organised a Malaysian family outing to Hatton city on 2-3 March 2013 for a group of 23 adults and children. The highlight of the visit was the overnight climb to top of the sacred mountain of Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak), led by H.E. High Commissioner Azmi Zainuddin, which was participated by 12 climbers. The successful visit also received good cooperation and assistance from local officials from the Ratnapura and Nuwara Eliya districts.
