On 22 May 2017 (Monday), a press interview with the Sri Lankan media was held with participation from five (5) leading printed media of Sri Lanka. The High Commissioner took the opportunity to brief the Sri Lankan media on the bilateral relations issue such as investment, trade, tourism, education etc. throughout the session.
