MOTIVATION AND TEAMBUILDING COURSE FOR THE HOME BASED STAFFS AND LOCALLY RECRUITED STAFFS, 15-16 MAR

The Institute of Personal Management of Sri Lanka (IPM) has been selected by the High Commission as the consultant and organiser for the course. The motivation course on 15 Mac 2008 focused on three subjects namely Introduction on Motivation, What  Motivates  People  for  Higher Performance, Motivation Technique for Managers & Staffs. A break-out session on Motivation Technique for Managers & Staffs was also organised specifically for the LRS and HBS. The lecture was effectively conducted by the consultant from IPM which emphasised on self-motivation in such organisation.

The course on 16 March 2008 focused on the aspect of teambuilding and a few activities were conducted to increase the solidarity and esprit de corps between the HBS and LRS. Overall, the two days course was conducted successfully towards strengthening the relationship and esprit de corps among the HBS and LRS towards fulfilling the objectives of the High Commission.
