5^th EXHIBITION OF THE MEXICAN INDIGENOUS GROUPS

On 4^th May, H.E. Mohammad Azhar Mazlan, Ambassador of Malaysia to Mexico attended the Inauguration of the 5^th Exhibition of the Mexican Indigenous Groups organized by the Ministry of Interior and the National Commission for the Development for Indigenous Communities, at Expo Reforma Building in Mexico City. The 4-day Exhibition was officiated by H.E. Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, Minister of Interior Mexico, together with Mrs. Nuvia Mayorga Delgado, Director General of Indigenous Institute (CDI) Mexico. 200 exhibitors from 24 states of Mexico participated in the Exhibition promoting and selling indigenous handicrafts, arts and culture as well as gastronomy.
