AMPRO BREAKFAST MEETING ON 4TH NOVEMBER 2015 AT PRESIDENTE INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL, MEXICO CITY
The Mexican Association of the Promotional Products (AMPRO) hosted their monthly breakfast meeting on 4th November 2015 at Presidente Intercontinental Hotel, Mexico City. AMPRO has seventy two (72) members and each company represents to the national and international professionals and companies dedicated to the promotional market.
The event was hosted by Mr. Eliud Mondragon, AMPRO President for the period of 2014-2015. H.E Mohammad Azhar Mazlan, Ambassador of Malaysia to Mexico, together with H.E Ambassador of Indonesia to Mexico, Mr. Yusra Khan and H.E Ambassador of Paraguay to Mexico, Mr. Victor Cuevas Nuñez were invited as the guests of honour for the event.
During the meeting, H.E. Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Mazlan took the opportunity to brief AMPRO members on the business opportunities with Malaysia and encourage the companies to diversify their Asian suppliers and sources for Malaysian products and services.
Among the main objectives of AMPRO are as follows:
o Train partners for their constant professionalism;
o Provide market information, statistics, technological advances, regulations, events and trends to improve decision-making in their companies;
o To represent all partners with government institutions and non-governmental;
o Promote initiatives to government authorities that benefit the sector and protect their interests;
o Collaborate with other national and international associations; and
o Organize promotional Expo with the aim of making it a forum for distributors and end users, to present their companies and products.
