VISIT TO JARDINES DE MEXICO, MORELOS, MEXICO,
27 DECEMBER 2015
The Mexico City-based ASEAN Ambassadors – Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam accompanied by their spouses visited the ‘Jardines de Mexico’ (Garden of Mexico) in the State of Morelos (about one-and-half hours drive) south of Mexico City on 27 December 2015.
2. They were warmly received and accompanied throughout the visit by Mr. Daniel Altafi Valladares, Director General of the garden and his wife, Madame Cecylya Valladares. The 22-hectare garden boasted seven (7) different types of landscaped flora and plants i.e. Mexican, Italian, Japanese, cactus, orchid, temperate and tropical as well as maze garden.
