The five ASEAN Embassies in Mexico City under the umbrella of ASEAN-Mexico and Central America Group (AMCAG) presented a donation of MXP$30,000 Pesos to Asociacion Mexicana Pro-Ninez y Juventud A.C. on the 17th February, 2006. The Malaysian Embassy was represented by the Head of Chancery, Mr. Francisco Munis. The donation was raised during the ASEAN Bazaar 2005 held last December 2005. The Presentation Ceremony was also attended by H.E. Justo Orros as the Chair and Dean of the ASEAN Embassies, H.E. Le Van Thinh - Ambassador of Vietnam, Mr. Werayut - Minister Counsellor of the Thai Embassy and Mr. Edi Sutrisno - Charge d' Affaires of the Indonesian Embassy.
In the organising of the events, the Malaysian Embassy led the ASEAN Bazaar 2005 and also the Donation Ceremony.
