ASEAN LUNCHEON WITH COMCE
On 15 December, the ASEAN Ambassadors based in Mexico City (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam) met over a luncheon in honour of Ambassador Sergio Ley Lopez, Chairman, Asia Pacific Business Section of Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade Investment and Technology (COMCE) hosted by the Ambassador of Vietnam in her capacity as the Chairperson of ASEAN Committee of Mexico City at her Official Residence. Present also were the ASEAN Technical Working Group as well as Mr. Lopez Morton and Mr. Agustin Garcia Rechy of COMCE. During the luncheon, issues of mutual interest were raised, among others, current and future challenges and opportunities vis-à-vis trade and investment between ASEAN and Mexico.
