COFFEE MORNING AT RUMAH MALAYSIA
On 20 October 2016, Madame Amelia Azhar hosted a Coffee Morning for the Association of Diplomatic Spouses in Mexico City at Rumah Malaysia.
Approximately forty five spouses of foreign diplomats mainly spouses of Mexico City-based heads of mission from America, Asia, Europe and Middle East attended the social gathering. Traditional Malaysian dishes prepared by Madam Amelia Azhar herself such as coconut rice (nasi lemak), chicken rendang, anchovies salsa (sambal ikan bilis), fried rice noodles (beehun goreng), curry puff (karipap) and assorted cakes, cookies as well as fruits were served to the delight of the guests.
