BREAKFAST BRIEFING BY THE FOREIGN MINISTER OF GUATEMALA
On 13 February 2017, H.E. Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Mazlan with 35 Mexico City-based ambassadors accredited to Guatemala attended a breakfast briefing by H.E. Ambassador Carlos Raul Morales Moscoso, Foreign Minister of Guatemala who was on a working visit to Mexico. The latter was also accompanied by H.E. Rubén Estuardo Morales Monroy, Minister of Economy of Guatemala.
In his briefing, the Foreign Minister inter alia briefed about Guatemala`s state of affairs and development at regional and global level. Meanwhile, the Minister of Economy delivered presentation on trade and investment opportunities in Guatemala. Ambassador Azhar took the opportunity at the end of meeting to greet the Minister and briefly touched on ways to enhance further relations between Malaysia and Guatemala.
