On 28th November, Mr. Ricardo Trevino Chapa, General Administrator of Customs, Mexico called on H.E. Mohammad Azhar Mazlan at the Chancery. He was accompanied by Mr. Jorge Arturo Alvarez Tovar, Central Administrator Customs Attention and International Affair, Mexico`s Customs Department. The purpose of the call was to lobby for Mr. Chapa`s candidature for the Deputy Secretary General post of World Customs Organization.
