On 27 May 2011, the President of Mexico-Malaysia Friendship Group, Deputy Guadalupe Vera Hernández made a courtesy call on Ambassador Jamaiyah at the Chancery Building. The courtesy call was made to discuss on the possibility of visiting Malaysia and meeting with the Malaysian Parliamentarians. The proposed visit of the members in Mexico-Malaysia Friendship Group is hope to enhance further Malaysia and Mexico bilateral relations in economic sector as well as tourism and cultural.
