On 23 March, Mr. Victor Mata Temoltzin, Secretary of Economic Development of Puebla City called on H.E. Mohammad Azhar Mazlan, Ambassador of Malaysia to Mexico at the Chancery. The purpose of the call was to debrief the Ambassador about Puebla particularly its economic development as well as opportunities for collaboration between the city and Malaysian investors.
