FAREWELL CALL BY THE UN RESIDENT COORDINATOR FOR MALAYSIA

Secretary General Dato’ Sri Amran Mohamed Zin received a farewell call by UN Resident Coordinator for Malaysia, Ms. Karima El Korri on 21 March 2025. She will end her term in office on 3 April 2025.
Discussions touched on the progress of Sustainable Development Goals, reform of the UN and International Organisations and global geopolitics. Dato' Sri Amran extended Wisma Putra’s appreciation to Ms. El Korri for her invaluable contributions and expressed commitment to further strengthen Malaysia-UN cooperation.
