H.E. Jamal Sharifuddin Johan, Ambassador of Malaysia, and Madam Aida Mastura hosted a farewell dinner in appreciation of H.E. Cheppy Wartono, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, and his esteemed spouse as they conclude their diplomatic tenure.
The evening was a heartfelt gathering attended by fellow ASEAN ambassadors, H.E. Fernando Saiffe, DG of Asia Pacific at SRE and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps. The event reflects the deep friendship and strong diplomatic ties within the ASEAN and diplomatic community in Mexico. Ambassador Cheppy Wartono was warmly celebrated for his invaluable contributions, particularly his exemplary leadership as Chair of the ASEAN Committee in Mexico City (ACMC) recently.
As he embarks on a new journey, we extend our sincere best wishes for continued success in all his future endeavours.
