FAREWELL RECEPTION FOR H.E. AMBASSADOR OF KUWAIT BY MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, MEXICO
On 30 September 2016, H.E. Ambassador Carlos Alberto de Icaza Gonzalez, Deputy Foreign Minister of Mexico hosted a farewell reception in honour of the outgoing H.E. Mr. Sameeh Essa Johar Hayat, Ambassador of Kuwait to Mexico who would be leaving Mexico on even date to take up his post in Beijing, China.
Present were all 22 Ambassadors, including the Malaysian Ambassador; and Charge d` Affaires of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) based in Mexico City. Also present were the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of Dominican Republic and Ambassador of Russia.
