Starting 11 April 2022, all applicants for certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) must provide a Statutory Declaration of No Criminal Record by authorized Commissioner for Oaths in the E-consular system. The said Statutory Declaration must be uploaded in the ¨Supporting Document¨section.
