On 25 September 2018, TYT Ambassador Muzafar Shah Mustafa was invited to share his thoughts and views on the bilateral relations between Malaysia and Mexico in his interview during a TV program called Foro Global con Genaro Lozano (Global Forum with Genaro Lozano) here in Mexico City, Mexico. The program which is aired on Foro TV, is one of the popular programs in Mexico where global affairs and foreign relations are discussed by the foreign politicians, ambassadors and expats in their fields.
During the interview, TYT Ambassador mentioned on the positive bilateral trades between Malaysia and Mexico for the past few years. TYT Ambassador further noted on the many opportunities in other areas such as in cultural and education cooperation that both countries could explore and enhance further.
