UNIVERSITY PUEBLA PRIME LECTURE, PUEBLA, MEXICO

18 AUGUST 2016

On 18 August 2016, Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Mazlan participated in the Prime Lecture of the Anáhuac University Puebla, entitled “Malaysia and Mexico – Culture and Business Approach,” in the presence of 250 university students along with faculty members.

The Academic Director General, Mtra. Claudia Núñez Berridi; and Mtro. Ricardo López Fabre, Dean of the Faculty of the School of Business, were on hand to receive the Ambassador and his delegation. There had been a renewed focus by the University on Asia as part of its international exchange programs.

In his presentation, the Ambassador edified the audience  about Malaysia and its important foundation (history, geography, ASEAN, government, population, tourism attractions and education), as well as the state of bilateral relations with Mexico and the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP). Based on feedbacks received, the Q&A session was really interesting to the audience as the Ambassador expressed his point of view with regards to Mexico, education and business ethics.
