VISIT TO VOLKSWAGEN PLANT IN THE STATE OF PUEBLA

Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Mazlan accompanied by Mr. Mohd. Hafiz Abdul Jalil, Trade Commissioner and Ms. Bieyka Jimenez, Marketing Officer, MATRADE Mexico City visited the Volkswagen Plant in the city of Puebla as a prelude to the Hon. Dato` Sri Mustapa Mohamed, Minister of International Trade and Industry Malaysia`s visit to the plant on 20 May 2016. The plant is the biggest outside of Germany.
The Ambassador met and discussed at length with Mr. Thomas Karig, Vice President Corporate Relations Compliance Officer of Volkswagen Mexico and his team members on the automotive industry as well as the details of the minister`s program at the plant.
