14th Asian Ombudsman Association Conference and 17th AOA Board of Directors Meeting was held in Islamabad, Pakistan from 24-25 November, 2015. Both events were hosted by the Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan. The main objective of the Conference was to discuss the “Challenges of Ombdusmanship. Dato’ Raihan Bin Sharif, Director General, Public Complaints Bureau, Prime Minister’s Department of Malaysia accompanied by Mr. J. Thirunavakarasu, Principal Assistant Director represented Malaysia.
Other delegates include China, Iran, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Tatarstan, Hong Kong (SAR), Timor-Leste, Vietnam, Macau (SAR), Sri Lanka, Jordan, Turkey, Bahrain and Azerbaijan.
