On Thursday, 2 March 2022, Ambassador Azhar attended the ACI meeting under the chairmanship of His Excellency Mr. Nguyen Tien Phong, Ambassador of Vietnam to Pakistan at his embassy. The meeting was followed by a luncheon.
Other ASEAN's Heads of Mission present were Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam together with their working group's officials.
Besides ASEAN matters, the latest security, political and economic situation in Pakistan were also deliberated during the meeting.
