COFFEE MORNING

AT THE RESIDENCE OF THE HIGH COMMISSIONER OF MALAYSIAN IN ISLAMABAD

On 24 December 2008, MADAME NOR HAYATI BINTI DATO? BAGINDA RAJA ABDUL GHANI, wife of the High Commissioner of Malaysia, hosted a Coffee Morning at RUMAH MALAYSIA in honour of the wives of the ASEAN and other Heads of Missions, other diplomats, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Pakistani ladies associations, fellow Malaysian ladies and spouses of Home-Based Staff in Islamabad.

MADAME NOR HAYATI organized this event with the aim to have a get-together among the lady-elitists in Islamabad and sharing of the experiences of the Malaysian culture, cuisines, dance and, of course, a Karaoke-singing session. In addition, it was also the occasion of season?s greetings to celebrate Christmas and the New Year of 2009.

Most interestingly, the ladies had thoroughly enjoyed themselves in particular with the exchanges of various cultures, to which Malaysia is Truly Asia.
