On Monday, 16 October 2023, Ambassador Azhar received a courtesy call by His Excellency Dr. Maen KHAREASAT, Ambassador-designate Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan at the High Commission. Ambassador Azhar warmly welcomed Dr. Maen to Islamabad.
During the meeting, both sides discussed matters of mutual interest. In addition, they also discussed on matters pertaining to diplomatic community in Islamabad. Both sides agreed to work closely for the betterment of the diplomatic corps as well as with the host government. The meeting was held in a friendly manner.
