On Monday, 26 June 2023, His Excellency Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Bin Mazlan received a courtesy call by His Excellency Mr. Saif Anjum, Secretary for the Ministry of Aviation of Pakistan. This meeting served as a continuation of the earlier engagement held on 1 June 2023 between Ambassador Azhar and the Minister of Aviation.
During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to resolving outstanding issues and strengthening bilateral relations, particularly in the field of aviation. One significant matter discussed was the exploration of a codesharing proposal between air carriers from Malaysia and Pakistan. This proposal is aimed at enhancing connectivity, increasing passenger traffic, and facilitating seamless travel experiences for customers. The meeting was held in a cordial manner, fostering an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual understanding.
