On Thursday, 7 September 2023, Dr. Khurram Tariq, President of Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a welcome dinner in honour of His Excellency Ambassador Azhar, High Commissioner of Malaysia and his spouse, Madam Amelia at Dynasty Restaurant, Faisalabad. Present on this occasion were the office bearers of the FCCI and their spouses.
During the dinner, both sides discussed matters of mutual interest as well as fresh outlook and ways to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation between Malaysia and Pakistan. The President also presented a souvenir and a bouquet of flowers to His Excellency the High Commissioner and Madam. The High Commissioner was on 2-day working visit to Faisalabad, the textile capital of Pakistan.
