On 04 December 2016, the High Commission of Malaysia organized a Family Day. Event was started off at 09:00 a.m. at High Commission of Malaysia, Mayang Sari Hall with recital of Doa’ followed by opening remarks by His Excellency Dato’ Dr. Hasrul Sani Bin Mujtabar, High Commissioner of Malaysia. After his opening remarks, H.E. Dato’ launched the Malaysian Outreach Programme. Others present on this occasion, were home-based staff, Malaysian community members and locally-recruited staff together with the family of LRS. The event comprised of sports activities which include Aerobic/Zumba, volleyball, dart and Telematch. All families of home-based staff and LRS participated. At the end of the programme, there was also prize distribution and lucky draws. It is hoped that the spirit of togetherness and cooperation among the staff and family members would continue to prevail with such events.
