Once every week, the High Commission in Islamabad would be hosting IFTAR and tarawih prayers among the Malaysians here, but this time, it was also for the farewell of Mr. Ahmad Amiri Abu Bakar, Head of Chancery, who would be cross-posted to Madrid, Spain. On behalf of all the staff of the High Commission, H.E. Dr. Hasrul Sani Mujtabar, the High Commissioner, expressed deep gratitude to Amiri for his past contributions to the High Commission and expressed the hope that he would continue the good work in Madrid. For this year’s Ramadhan, based on ‘rotational’ basis, each week, each Head of Division, would be hosting IFTAR and tarawih prayers either at the Embassy or at Residence.
