On 18 December 2025, H.E. Ambassador Dato’ Mohammad Azhar Mazlan graced the Graduation Ceremony and Farewell of the Foreign Diplomatic Course at the Foreign Service Academy on 18 December 2025. The programme brought together participants from D-8 Member States, including Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Türkiye (Turkey), and Azerbaijan. Among the participants was Mr. Ahamed Arifin from Malaysia, who successfully completed the course.
