Comsats Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) invited H.E. Dato’ Dr. Hasrul Sani Mujtabar, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Pakistan, to officially inaugurate the Malaysian Universities Alumni Association on 24 April, 2014 on its main campus in Islamabad. The Rector of Comsats Prof. Dr. Muhammad Javaid Zaidi and the Head of International Office, Prof. Dr. Arshad S. Malik were among there who were present from the Pakistani side while Mr. Aiyub Omar, Counsellor/Head of Chancery accompanied the Malaysia High Commissioner. Most of the staff members from Comsats had completed their Phd’s and Master studies at various Malaysian universities.
Besides the inauguration, the Host also took the High Commissioner for a tour at the various Faculties of the Higher Institution.
