On 17 January 2018, Mr. Syed Nauzer Idid bin Syed Yusoff, Idid, CDA a.i. of the High Commission of Malaysia, Islamabad was invited as the Chief Guest by Dr. Arshad S. Malik, Incharge/Advisor (International Office). CDA a.i. inaugurated the Exhibition, Inspiration from Spirituality – A tribute to our heritage and was given briefing by the arts students on their products and innovation along with Mrs. Farrah Mahmood, Curator of COMSATS, Islamabad.
CDA a.i. visited the Art Gallery at COMSATS and expressed of how impressive the student artworks which exhibited the clock frames with geometrical designs inspired mosques from all over the world Masjids with stain glass, carvings, mosaics and more others.
CDA a.i delivered speech and congratulated the students for their hard work, being innovative and creative in producing such a remarkable works of arts. CDA a.i. also thanked to the management of COMSATS for inviting to be the Chief Guest.
