On 19 December 2025, Kelab STMI convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the High Commission of Malaysia in Islamabad. The meeting brought together committee members and members of the Kelab to review the year’s achievements and to elect the new leadership for the upcoming term.
The AGM commenced with opening remarks by the President of Kelab STMI, Mr. Mohd Syafik Firdaus. In his address, Mr. Syafik expressed his sincere appreciation to all committee members of the Kelab STMI 2025 Session for their strong commitment, dedication, and excellent cooperation throughout the year. He highlighted that the spirit of teamwork, responsibility, and readiness to contribute among committee members had been the driving force behind the successful implementation of the Kelab’s programmes and activities.
Mr. Syafik also extended his gratitude to all members of Kelab STMI for their active participation and continued support. He expressed his hope that Kelab STMI would continue to foster unity, mutual respect, and a strong sense of camaraderie among its members in the years ahead.
Following the President’s address, the Treasurer and the respective Heads of Committees presented the financial status of the Kelab as well as reports on the activities and programmes organised throughout the year 2025.
The meeting was further honoured by a speech from the Patron of Kelab STMI, His Excellency Ambassador Dato’ Mohammad Azhar Mazlan. In his remarks, His Excellency conveyed his appreciation to the President of Kelab STMI for his leadership, dedication, and proactive efforts in organising various activities and events for the Kelab. He also commended the committee and members for their commitment in strengthening the Kelab’s role and activities.
The AGM concluded with the election of the new committee members of Kelab STMI for the 2026 Session, marking a new chapter in the Kelab’s continued efforts to serve its members and promote unity and cooperation.
