On Sunday, 16 April 2023, Madam Amelia Azhar and High Commissioner hosted an Iftar Meet-and-Greet followed by dinner and Tarawih prayers at Mayang Sari Hall of the High Commission of Malaysia in Islamabad.
The event was well attended by Malaysians residing in Pakistan together with their spouses and family members. Present also were the staff of the High Commission. In his welcoming remarks, the High Commissioner introduced himself and members of his staff to the Malaysian community in Pakistan informing them that his team and he are ever ready to provide consular service to Malaysian diaspora in Pakistan. Feedbacks received from those present were positive and good.
