On 23 October 2012, His Excellency Dr. Hasrul Sani bin Mujtabar, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Pakistan accompanied by Mr. Aiyub bin Omar, Head of Chancery of Malaysia, called on H.E. Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Pakistan at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the courtesy call bilateral issues were discussed. H.E. Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar also reiterated her invitation for Malaysia to attend the forthcoming D – 8 Summit to be hosted by the Government of Pakistan from 19 – 22 November 2012. Meantime, the High Commissioner reiterated 8th Malaysia’s invitation for Pakistan to attend the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF), which is scheduled to be held in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, from 4 – 6 December, 2012.
