IN HONOUR OF ENCIK MOHAMMAD ASHRAF KHAN, WATCHMAN (LRS) OF THE HIGH COMMISSION OF MALAYSIA ON MARCH 2, 2009 On Monday 2 March 2009, HIS EXCELLENCY AMBASSADOR AHMAD SHAHIZAN ABD SAMAD, High Commissioner of Malaysia and all Home-Based Staff (HBS) gave a retirement luncheon at RUMAH MALAYSIA in honour of ENCIK MOHAMMAD ASHRAF KHAN, Watchman (LRS) of the High Commission upon his retirement from service. Besides the HBS, the Locally Recruited Staff (LRS) of the High Commission also attended the luncheon to bid farewell and present mementos to him. ENCIK MOHAMMAD ASHRAF KHAN joined the High Commission of Malaysia on 1 March 1988 and had served this Mission for 21 years.
In his remarks, AMBASSADOR AHMAD SHAHIZAN appreciated the services of ENCIK MOHAMMAD ASHRAF KHAN for his loyalty, dedication and commitment that he had shown throughout his service. While speaking on the occasion, ENCIK MOHAMMAD ASHRAF KHAN thanked His Excellency and the HBS for their cooperation and support, which was extended to him during his service.
