On 29 July 2023, the High Commission of Malaysia successfully organised the Home-Based Staff (HBS) Family and Sports Day. In his opening remarks, Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Mazlan commended the organizing committee for their efforts in planning the family-oriented event, highlighting its effectiveness in promoting the values of teamwork and camaraderie among the HBS community.
The line-up of games included the likes of Bottle Fishing, Coconut Bowling, Brick Race, Tug of War, Best Mummies Costume competition, Sweet in Flour and the classic Musical Chairs. In addition to the games, the event encapsulated a broader purpose of strengthening relationships and fostering a sense of belonging within the HBS community.
