On 12 November 2025, in conjunction with the visit of ASEAN Committee in Islamabad (ACI) to Sialkot, His Excellency Ambassador Dato’ Mohammad Azhar Mazlan, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Pakistan visited the QSA Surgical Pvt. Ltd. Upon arrival, Mr. Qaiser Saleem Shabbir, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and management of QSA warmly received the delegation.
In his briefing, Mr. Qaiser stated that QSA Surgical Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1972, and it is now the largest surgical instrument manufacturer in Sialkot. It produces top-quality medical instruments for major global brands using German technology and local skilled workforce. The company produces surgical instruments on demand, with clients’ names endorsed on products. Following that, the delegation visited the factory where they observed the preparation of medical and surgical equipment.
