On Friday, 14 March 2025, Kelab STMI organised the Yasin recitation and collection of zakat fitrah event at the High Commission of Malaysia, Islamabad. The event was attended by Ambassador Dato’ Azhar Mazlan, Home-based Staff as well as Locally Recruited Staff. The event commenced with a briefing by Mr. Mohd Syafik Firdaus, President of Kelab STMI, followed by the speech of Ambassador Dato’ Azhar.
In his speech, Ambassador Dato’ Azhar expressed his gratitude to Kelab STMI for organising the event during the holy month of Ramadan, highlighting the significance of this auspicious time for Muslims worldwide. He also emphasised the importance of reflecting on the teachings of the Quran and applying its principles of compassion, generosity, and unity in both personal and professional endeavours. Ambassador Dato’ Azhar encouraged everyone to embrace the values of Islam, such as humility and service to others, as they contribute to a more harmonious and productive work environment.
