On Tuesday, 26 March 2024, Ambassador Azhar Mazlan participated in a Yassin Recitation and Zakat (alms) collection at the High Commission of Malaysia, Islamabad. The event, organized by the Suruhanjaya Tinggi Malaysia, Islamabad (STMI) Club, was attended by Home-based Staff and Locally Recruited Staff of the High Commission.
In his remarks, Ambassador Azhar expressed gratitude to STMI Club for organizing the event during the holy month of Ramadan, highlighting the significance of this auspicious time for Muslims worldwide. He emphasized the importance of reflecting on the teachings of the Quran and applying its principles of compassion, generosity, and unity in both personal and professional endeavors.
