The Embassy of Malaysia, Manila provided a country briefing to a group of students from the Ateneo Diplomatic Corps, Xavier University on 4 December 2012. The group consist of 34 international studies undergraduates and three faculty academicians visited the Embassy of Malaysia in Makati as part of their yearly diplomatic corps tour to Makati City. The Embassy First Secretary for Information and Public Diplomacy briefed the participants about the Malaysian Government administration, Parliamentary Democracy, Constitutional Monarchy and the separation of power among Executive, Judicial, and Legislative branch besides bilateral relationship between Malaysia and the Philippines. During the Question & Answer session, participants were briefed about the unity in Malaysia’s multicultural society. Perwakilan Ladies hosted the Malaysian cuisine refreshment after the briefing.
